Refund Policy for Cecilia’s Sauces

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our Cecilia’s Red Hot Chile Sauce. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund for up to 30 days after your purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at tylermartinez@ceciliassauces.com. We will be happy to assist you with the refund process.

Please note that we can only offer refunds for unused bottles of Cecilia’s Sauces. Once the bottle has been used, we cannot accept it for a refund.

If you receive a damaged or defective bottle of Red Chile Sauce, please contact us immediately so we can send you a replacement. We may ask for a photo of the damaged or defective bottle for our records.

We aim to process refunds within 7-10 business days of receiving your request. However, please note that it may take longer for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment processor.

Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we suspect fraudulent activity or abuse of our refund policy.
